clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. We recognize that you have chosen to do business with us, and we guard that relationship with great care. We will not share your personal information with anyone. Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your inquiry. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information. This information will assist us in serving you most effectively with our offerings.
Our preferred method of communication with you, including reservation confirmations, is by phone number. Once you have provided us with your phone number, you are automatically opted-in to our clientele system and you will be able to take advantage of our special invitations, special events and promotions. If you would prefer not to receive phone communication, please leave the line blank.
Credit Card On File
We ask our clients to provide us with a valid credit card number to secure any reservation that is an hour or longer in length and to provide us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellations in order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. ***NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE FOR SERVICES BOOKED TO THE CLIENT CARD ON FILE. This policy ensures that our client reservations and our associate schedules are fully utilized by minimizing our late-cancel or missed appointment costs and allows us to provide value pricing to all of our customers. Your private credit card information is processed in compliance with Merchant Data Standards in compliance with the latest PCI Data Security Standards at all times. If you choose to save or store your credit card information as a result of booking an appointment, rest assured that it is stored securely and remotely.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 HOUR notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 HOURS will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
If a client no-shows 2 times they will be placed on the restricted client list, which means they can come in on a walk-in basis only.
A consultation is required prior to reserving a color correction appointment. Consultations are FREE. Color Corrections can be an extremely extensive and sometimes an expensive process. We ask that each client sign a Color Correction Waiver because there are so many unforeseen factors that affect a color correction’s outcome. It is important for you to share all of your information on what has been done to your hair, even if it was two years ago (depending on how long your hair is). Believe it or not, medications, swimming, hennas, temporary colors, and vitamin supplements, can have an impact on your hair color’s final result.

The purpose of a color correction is:
Address unfavorable home hair color results
Remove unwanted hues
Help restore your hair’s health, so you can get and keep the color you want
Make blonde less brassy
Create subtle tonal shifts
Lighten or darken your hair or just areas of it, such as ends or roots
We consider a service to be a color correction when:
A change of tone is desired (Red to blonde, or blonde to brown, or brown to etc.)
When any color needs to be removed (Home color, another product, dark pigment, red pigment, etc.)
Two or more levels and shades are apparent on the hair shaft
If color tone needs to be altered
